Networking is a vital part of marketing for real estate agent or realtor. A businessperson that develops of network in his or her community would probably be joining various clubs in order to network with vital business people in his or her area. Clubs such as the Rotary club, Kiwanis club, the Lions Club and a host of others, like the Toastmasters would be good places to start. It. You should first approach, apartment complexes and other places that rent to college students and find out what kind of deals they are giving. It would be a good idea to network with people who work in large companies that live and work in your target market area. This is because sometimes people are hired or relocated by these big companies, and you can get exclusive real estate leads for managers and bosses of people who work for some of the large companies. Method #7 Don't Forget Friends and Family

You need to remind them quite consistantly that you are in the real estate business, and that any help they can give you would be greatly appreciated. Don't forget to thank them with cards and hand written notes in them thanbking for the help once it arrives. A good, handwritten note will do wonders for you relationship as well as business with them.

Method #8 Ask For Leads from People that Are Leaving the Real Estate Business

If you know of someone from your real estate agency's office that is leaving or retiring, ask them for their leads. After all, if they are getting out of the Real Estate business what will they need all of those connections for? Don't forget to drop the name of the real estate pro onto the lead if it seems like you need to.
